About the project

Where a shared history meets the future

Excavation / construction start · Stage 1 delivery — Q4 2028

Gissar is a new residential quarter in Tashkent's Mirzo-Ulugbek district. Not one tower among other people's courtyards but a whole quarter: 5 new houses (9 blocks) and 811 apartments on 2.05 hectares — with car-free courtyards, parking, greenery and shops at the door. It rises on the site of 8 old houses: the district is not rebuilt from scratch, it is renewed — more modern, still itself.

  3. 03Everything transparent, no surprisesThe developer won the city tender for the quarter's renovation and works on official documents. A purchase without risks or grey schemes.
  4. 04Built and lived inNot the developer's first project in the district — completed houses with residents already stand next door. Words backed by work.
  5. 05Today — the lowest price of the whole buildWe are at the very start of construction, so the price is at its minimum. It only rises with readiness — those who come in now buy at the best price.

Landscaping and courtyard

A courtyard for people, not for cars

No cars park in the Gissar courtyard — the underground and outdoor parking has room for them. So the courtyard belongs to people: children, walks, greenery. A child steps out of the entrance into a safe green space, not onto a car park.

Parking

A place for the car is not a problem

In a dense, long-built district a free parking space is rare — in the evening there simply is none. At Gissar the problem is solved in advance: 613 spaces for the quarter, underground and outdoors, almost one per apartment. You do not look for a place — you have your own.

Documents and developer

Everything by the book. And you can check it

We understand why people are careful with new builds. So at Gissar everything is open: the project runs on official documents, has passed the city's review, and the same developer's houses stand next door with people living in them. Everything can be checked — on paper and in person.

Permits
  1. 01The project received a positive conclusion of the Architectural and Urban-Planning Council — approved on every point: the master plan, the architectural design, parking, fire safety and sanitation, accessibility, energy efficiencyUrban council conclusion
  2. 02The plot was allocated to the developer for the renovation of the quarter — by decision of the Tashkent city administration, following a city tender the developer won
  3. 03An architectural and planning brief for the design has been issued
  4. 04The project is designed by a licensed design organisation
  5. 05A seismic survey has been issued — the house is designed to the seismic-resistance standards
Track record

Gissar is built by MOYA TERRITORIYA GROUP, winner of the city tender for this quarter's renovation. The company has worked in this district before: its first house here was delivered in 2020.
