About the developer
  1. 01Gissar is built by Moya Territoriya Group, winner of the city tender to renovate this quarter. The site was allocated for renovation by decision of the Tashkent city administration following the tender.
  2. 02The company is not new to the district: its first house here was completed in 2020. Some 200 metres from Gissar stand two houses by the same developer, occupied and lived in.
  3. 03We understand why people are cautious about new builds. So at Gissar everything is open: the project runs on official documents and has passed the city authorities' review, and next to it stand houses where people live. All of it can be checked — on paper and in person.
